  1. Taxes will include import taxes from Customs Authorities of India. It is the 42.08% of your item’s selling price. It may also include certain European countries when your item from Europe is sent to our facility in Italy.

CALCULATOR

Just input your package’s type of shipment, its weight in kg and its dimensions in cm and it will determine an estimated shipping cost.

A package has both an actual weight and a volumetric weight and we charge based on whichever of the two is greater. We also round up the respective weights to the nearest half (0.5) to arrive at our final shipping cost.

Finally, please note that the calculator only provides an estimate. Oftentimes, stores will ship your item to us inside of another, larger box. For example, a shirt may only measure 0.5 kg in both actual and volumetric weights, but it may be sent in a box that is much larger. This sort of situation may explain any discrepancies between the calculator estimate and the actual final shipping cost.

Please note that when this section refers to value, it refers to the item's actual value listed on its invoice, not its shipping cost value. For example, the value of a piece of clothing would be the price paid for it from the online store. So if you paid $50.00 for an item from a store, its actual value would be $50.00.

For an item with a value of $100.00 or below, insurance coverage is freely included in your shipping charge.

For an item worth greater than $100.00, please note that insurance coverage costs an additional 4% of its value.

Storage of your packages in our US and Europe warehouse is free for the first 15 days from the date of upload to your account.

Please note that after the 15th day, a storage charge of $0.20 per day is applied to the shipping cost of your item.

If the storage of an item exceeds 60 days total, we reserve the right to dispose of your package.

We charge the shipment cost via the weight of a package, rounded up to the nearest half (0.5) plus taxes (42.08% of item value). Depending on the kind of item, we charge for either its actual weight, or its volumetric weight. We measure these two and charge for whichever is greater.

The Actual Weight is the mass of the item when placed on a weighing scale.

The Volumetric Weight is the item's length x width x height, in cm, divided by 6000.


For example: a toy has an actual weight of 2.50 kgs with an item value of $100 , with a length / width / height equal to 65 cm / 30 cm / 10 cm.

65 x 30 x 10 = 19500.

19500 / 6000 = 3.25 kgs. This is the volumetric weight.

We round 3.25 up to the nearest half to arrive at 3.50 kgs volumetric weight. Since 3.50 kgs volumetric weight is greater than 2.50 kgs actual weight, we charge the volumetric weight of the toy.

If we were to ship a package by air, we would compute the charges as follows: 3.5kgs divided by 0.5 kgs = 7 x USD 6.88 per 0.5kg.

Packages exceeding 30 kgs by weight or volume dimensions are classified as "OVERSIZE PACKAGES". These are subject to an additional handling charge at a rate of 30% of its actual weight or volume dimensions, whichever is higher.
